Series BY - Y
Series BY - Y is a new type developed by our company, which have high hardness, strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance. Suitable for shale gas, deep sea and complex geological structure mining, and directional well drilling.
Series BY-Z
With self-developed assembly technology
and HTHP sintering process, BY-Z has good impact resistance and toughness. The
drill bits which manufactured with this series are especially fit in deep-sea
oil and gas exploration. Customer's feedback from actual drilling proves that
this product has excellent impact resistance and wear resistance. Quality of
this series is leading level in domestic market, and advanced level in
international market.
Series BY-R
Series BY-R adopts the unique assembly
technology and HTHP sintering process.
The products have high hardness, strength, wear resistance. BY-R is especially for hard stratum such as
complex stratum with great abrasiveness and interlayer.
Series BY-UG
With self-developed assembly technology
and HTHP sintering process, BY-UG has high hardness, wear resistance, thermal
conductivity and impact toughness. Model 1308 is mainly used in big size drill
bits for geological and coal field exploration, hardness F10 and above
geological applications. Model 1304 is
for hardness F8 and below.
Series BY-MU
With self-developed assembly technology
and HTHP sintering process, BY-MU has good hardness, wear resistance, thermal
conductivity and impact toughness. Model 1308 is mainly used in big size drill
bits for geological and coal field explore, hardness F8-F10 geological
applications. Model 1304 is for hardness
F6 and below.
