CNC system is the collection of wire cutting technology and CNC experts, and is an intelligent five-axis numerical control system (standard with three-axis and optional with five-axis) designed for wire-electrode cutting tool. This system uses modular design structure, with reference to the design of CNC system hardware structure of slow-speed wire-cutting electrical discharge machining control and processing center, and adopts embedded operating system to ensure stable and reliable performance.
High rigidity design, imported pentahedron machining center machining the host machine, precise guide-way screw rod, full AC servo motor, precise filtered water tank, precise CNC indexing mechanism, and precise tooth spacing detection mechanism can keep the mechanical precision constant.
During processing, the processing parameters can be changed automatically by programming, and has the functions of one-button start processing, automatic
delay sequence opens flush, wire bucket and high frequency, automatic tooth detection, automatic indexing and arbitrary tooth selection.
Perception function: it can conduct the operation of alignment and edge alignment, and assist the user to touch the edge and automatically find the hole
center;
Parameters can be adjusted online: pulse width, pulse interval, voltage, power amplifier gear and wire speed can be preset, and can also be changed and
adjusted during processing;
Fixed-tooth processing: single-tooth processing can be selected to confirm whether the profile of the first tooth meets the requirements of the drawing;
Jumping-over-tooth processing: bad tooth screen can be removed during processing, so as to save the processing time.
